If you are active duty or retired military and need help with your taxes, we’ve got you covered! With our Niceville office located just minutes away from Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field Special Operations Wing, and the Army’s 7th Special Forces Group, we have many opportunities to serve our local military service members. We are very familiar with the various types of military pay and the taxable effects of each, including active duty, combat pay, retirement pay and tax law related to rental property activities. Recently, we were able to help a retired Air Force gentlemen obtain over $35,000 in refunds due to his retirement pay being recharacterized as combat-related special compensation (CRSC).
